The Pensions Dashboards Programme

We are pleased to announce that East Sussex Pension Fund has successfully connected to the UK Pensions Dashboards Programme. This important milestone means that scheme members with either active or deferred benefits* will be able to access their East Sussex Pension Fund information via the MoneyHelper Pensions Dashboard once the site goes live to the public.

What is the Pensions Dashboards Programme?

The Pensions Dashboards Programme is a government-led initiative designed to make it simple for you to view, understand and manage all your pension funds in one place. Many of us have multiple pensions from different employers and schemes, and the new Pensions Dashboard brings all this information together along with your State Pension.

It is a simple, convenient way to keep track of your retirement benefits without having to log in to multiple websites or contact different providers.

Who will be able to use Pensions Dashboards?

The aim is to enable as many people as possible to get the benefits of using Pensions Dashboards.

Although most people will be able to use Pensions Dashboards, there are practical reasons that will limit some people’s ability to access dashboards or change their experience of using them.

To find out more about this topic, look at the full FAQs article published by the Pensions Dashboard programme (run by the Government’s Money and Pension Service) where they discuss this in more detail.

What happens next?

While we have now connected to the Dashboard, the public launch date for the MoneyHelper Pensions Dashboard is yet to be confirmed. We will keep you updated as soon as we have more news.

*Please note that pension information for members who are already receiving their pensions will not be available on the Dashboard.
